1 Corinthians 15:21 (KJV) For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

The governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the twain will ye that I release unto you? Matthew 27:21a

Two lives at an auction, Jesus and Barabbas for an option, Only one can can be set free, And the other must die on a tree

Barabbas has killed before, Jesus has not died before, Either way,for one to live Someone must die

Two rivals at an auction Life and death for an option No middle ground to stand, The Controversy must end,

Death would kill to live Life would die for all to live, Either way, for one to live Someone must die.

Two philosophies at an auction The Word and the world for an option The latter thrills, but kills The letter bruises, but heals

Shall we choose the word and live? Or the world that dries like a leaf? Either way, for one to live Someone must die

Two paths at an auction The broad and narrow for an option, The Spirit walks in the narrow road, The flesh dwells in the path broad,

The choice is made not by sight, But by faith dwelling in the light, Still, it stands, for one to live , Someone must die.
